In basketball, as in life, the path forward is through — through the reps, through the setbacks, through the moments when quitting feels easier than continuing. This contract is not about stats or starting spots. It is about who the athlete becomes in the process of pursuing excellence. In basketball, every interaction — with coaches, teammates, and opponents — is an opportunity to demonstrate the character that outlasts any scoreboard. Accountability is not optional; it is the foundation on which everything else is built.
